Close to two years of development went into our roll-up door and we are always working on improving our product. Making it simple yet with great features, lightweight yet strong, all for a long service life.
Improved Installation
By using aluminum extrusions instead of steel for our guide rails and bottom bar, we manage to lower the total weight of the door assembly, making installation easier and safer.
Improved Operation
Our custom designed bottom bar eliminates the use of a steel angle to reenforce the bottom of the door. This lowers the weight of the door skin, lowering the spring tension needed, making it easier to pull the door up or down.
Quiet and Smooth Operation
The CMMI™ aluminum guide rails have soft felt insertions instead of hard plastic and the bottom bar is designed for « snug » fit in the guide rails, making for a smooth and quiet operation of the door.
Ergonomically Designed
We have removed the toe catching handles at the bottom of the roll-up door and replaced it with two recessed handle situated at the perfect height so you don't have to bend down to raise the door. All doors come with a strong polyester webbing pull down strap with handle, that can be reach easily.
Easy Hand Spring Tensioning
The spring tension can be adjusted from one side using the ratcheting wheel on the door axle, a quick and simple operation on small or large roll-up doors.
