QwikWall™ Self-Storage Unit System
The QwickWall™ storage unit wall system is manufactured in high quality material and designed to best serve the needs of both the installer and the owner, raising the value of the site throughout the process.
QwickWall™ Material Thickness and Finish
Choice of finish. In order to offer added choices in the self-storage wall system, customers can order the partition walls in either standard galvanized finish or they can order the more modern white pre-painted galvanized partition walls and components. Corridor systems are always in pre-painted white galvanized steel.
CMMI™ materials for piers, headers, and structural members, are a full 1mm in thickness, while the QwickWall™ unit partition walls are made of high tensile .45mm galvanized steel with locking seams for rapid assembly of walls.
QwickWall™ Storage Wall Specification
The QwickWall™ storage wall corrugated sheeting are made from .45mm, high tensile steel to ASTM A792M specification.
With a QwickWall™ sheet width of 800mm , there is 20% less material handling to build a storage unit wall, making for substantial savings in time.
QwickWall™ Improved Profile
The QwickWall™ sheets are rolled using a flat profile on the faces of the sheets and with almost strait vertical ribs. This makes for a very stiff wall sheeting, with a modern and clean look, that does not have the round « roof » sheeting profile.
Faster Assembly of Storage Units
Every QwickWall™ storage unit wall sheets have a hook rolled into the edge that locks into the next sheet. Installation speed is determined by how fast can you hook the next sheet to the previous one. No screws are needed between them, meaning less time and parts to complete a self-storage site.
QwickWall™ Storage Wall Versatility
The Qwickwall™ storage units are available for both imperial or metric dimensioned floor plans. For both a new construction or a building conversion, they will fit either the US standard 10 feet x 10 feet or 3m x 3m grid pattern.
